This housing concept separates private and public living by including all private areas such as bedrooms and ensuites on the first floor, and all public areas such as the dining room, kitchen, and living room on the ground floor. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, a main bathroom, as well as an open planned area for living, dining and cooking. On the ground floor, the living area opens up with sliding stacking doors in order to create a connection with the garden and pool area.
